MREC EXTENDS THE ERRORS AND OMISSIONS INSURANCE CONTRACT WITH WILLIAMS UNDERWRITING GROUP

At the April 2013 meeting of the Mississippi Real Estate Commission, the Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the extension of the Errors and Omissions Insurance contract with the Williams Underwriting Group. The policy period will be from July 1, 2013 through July 1, 2014 and the premium will remain at $161.00 per year for the same coverage offered by Zurich Insurance Company. Errors and Omissions coverage is not mandated for Brokerage Firms or for individual licensees who are not on "active" status. Enrollment forms should be available by May 15, 2013.
